Marianne Olfrey will move to Reston in the next week or so and will live in the manse, right next door to Reston United Church.

In anticipation of her arrival, the congregation has been busy “sprucing up” the manse: with painting, new flooring and small fix up jobs.

Marianne is a licensed Lay Minister who has most recently served several years at Elkhorn. She has also helped us out as pulpit supply for services and funerals so many in our community will already be familiar with Marianne.  She will be providing pastoral services on a half time basis at Reston and Pipestone. Her first Sunday service will be Sunday, March 17, which is a joint service at Pipestone church at 10:00 a.m. (Followed by brunch at Pipestone Community Hall.)

Sunday, March 24 services will be Pipestone 10:00 a.m. and Reston 11:30 am.

Everyone is invited to join us for Sunday services and to help make Marianne welcome to our community.
